Today I learned of this large project in very close proximity to my property. I am earnestly concerned about the impact of traffic and light/noise pollution that will inevitably result from this project. Some of the most valuable aspects of the area we live in are the relative quiet surroundings and the low traffic density. It appears that the lights and sound from this complex will adversely impact my quality of life, and will be directly visible from my property, which will be an adverse impact that directly affects my financial stability by potentially reducing the value of my property.
